Wow! What a weekend in Pittsburgh!! On October 5 through 8 I was lucky enough to attend the annual 52 Plus Joker convention in Pennsylvania. If you're not familiar with the club, here's a short blurb from the website:

Wow! What a weekend in Pittsburgh!! On October 5 through 8 I was lucky enough to attend the annual 52 Plus Joker convention in Pennsylvania. If you're not familiar with the club, here's a short blurb from the website:
We facilitate the collection and trading of antique, vintage and modern collectible playing cards & other related ephemera.
Today, collectible playing cards are found everywhere including online, in auction houses, at antique shows, flea markets, garage sales, in grandma’s attic, and most importantly, by exchanging decks through a premier collector club such as 52 Plus Joker.
I've been a member for a few years and I've attended a couple of live conventions and virtual conventions. If you are not a member, you should join! The cost is only $25 and that gives you access to lots of great playing card content, publications, auctions, and so much more! You can join here: www.52plusjoker.org
Some of the highlights for me included spending time with playing card designers and producers like Kevin Reylek, Jody Eklund, Lee Asher, Bill Kalush, Mark Stutsman, and many others! I hope you enjoy a few of the pictures from the convention and I hope you'll consider joining us next year.
